Check the five-fish counter
Speak to the Scientist before committing catches to sales or cooking. Deliver the fish accepted by the active request and confirm the count reaches five. Collect the Fish Bucket offered afterward and keep it for Bowhead Whale.
Leave prepared for two encounters
- Fish Bucket starts the Bowhead Whale fight.
- The defeated Bowhead body must survive for the mutated encounter.
- The mutated whale’s quest trophy must return to the ending contact.
- Transport access comes after the remaining dialogue and reward collection.
Return after the final fight
The historical ending route records a tail handed to the Scientist for RHIB keys. Check the trophy name shown in your build and follow that hand-in before leaving. If the credits have not started, a dead final boss is not by itself proof that the departure sequence is complete.
