Prepare for the whole finale

The Volcano equipment baseline includes the Assault Rifle and Scientific lure tier. Price the loadout as a complete supply plan: a new gun still needs enough supporting supplies for Bowhead and the mutated encounter afterward.

Keep the three bait roles distinct

  • Scientific Lure: ordinary Volcano-tier fishing; baseline $500.
  • Scientific Boss Lure: optional Goblin Shark; baseline $5,800.
  • Fish Bucket: the Scientist’s quest reward for the story whale.

Make expensive optional purchases after essentials

The Assault Rifle is recorded at $20,000 in the baseline, but inspect the current prompt before buying. If funds are short, compare improvements to the weapon you already use and reserve healing supplies. Goblin Shark collection can wait until the story budget is secure.
